FH Collective - Academy is seeking a results-driven German-speaking Account Executive to join its growing sales team. This full-cycle role covers the customer journey from initial contact through meetings, product demos, free-trial management and closing subscriptions.

Working 100% remotely from Spain after a four-week onsite onboarding in Madrid (costs covered). You’ll make 80–100 outbound calls daily, qualify prospects, run demos, drive trials to paid subscriptions and hit regular sales

Formación

• Native or fluent German language skills.
• Native or fluent English language skills.
• Located in Spain and eligible to work.
• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience.
• Background in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales or lead generation.
• Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects throughout their free-trial period and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and track KPIs.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity.
• Ensure smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
