FH Collective Academy is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales from lead to close, fully remote from Spain after onboarding in Madrid. You will manage outbound calls, qualify prospects, and demonstrate products to convert trials into paying subscriptions.

The role offers a €30,000 gross/year base with uncapped commissions, onboarding onsite in Madrid for four weeks, and flexible US business-hour alignment.

Formación

• Native German speaker.
• Fluent English language.
• Residing in Spain is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make outbound calls to prospects (80–100 per day).
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
