FH Collective - Academy, a leading international technology company, is hiring a German-speaking Account Executive to join its growing sales team. This full-cycle role handles the customer journey from initial contact to closing subscriptions, with a fully remote setup in Spain after a 4-week onsite onboarding in Madrid (costs covered).

Base salary €30,000 gross/year with uncapped commissions. Targets include monthly and quarterly goals, plus multipliers.

Formación

• Native/fluent German
• Native or bilingual English
• Based in Spain – mandatory
• 1–6 years sales experience
• Account Executive/BDR/SDR background
• Comfortable with 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Strong sales and closing mindset
• KPI-driven and metrics-focused
• Willing to work US time zones
• Remote work capability

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
• Guide prospects through free trials
• Convert trials into paying customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track KPIs: calls, demos, trials, MRR
• Maintain CRM and pipeline activity
• Hand over to Customer Experience team
