FH Collective - Academy in Madrid, Spain, seeks a German-speaking Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for the German market. The role offers a hybrid setup with initial on-site onboarding and future remote work flexibility.

You will prospect outbound, close subscriptions, and hand accounts to Customer Experience after closing. Must be bilingual German/English with 1–6 years in sales and availability aligned with US time zones.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting).
• Residence in Spain (no relocation support).
• KPI/metrics-driven mindset and comfort with cold-calling.
• Availability aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management, and subscription close.
• Hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high-volume outbound workflow (80–100 calls/day) with leads auto-assigned by the system.
• Meet KPIs across calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
