The Career Nest in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth for the German market. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site onboarding in Madrid, and subsequent monthly on-site presence, with travel covered by the company.

You will manage the full sales cycle from contact to subscription, conduct client meetings, and hand over to Customer Experience after closure. German and English proficiency, 1–6 years of sales experience, and Spain residency are required.

Formación

• Native or bilingual in German
• Native or bilingual in English
• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience
• Must reside in Spain
• Comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics
• Availability aligned with US time zone

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience team post-subscription
• Handle a high volume of calls 80–100 per day
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR
