Career Nest Academy in Madrid is hiring an Account Executive to focus on the German market. This hybrid role covers the full sales cycle from first contact to closing subscriptions for a leading e-commerce search technology company.

You will help drive growth and hit KPIs while coordinating with the Customer Experience team after subscription. The role begins with four weeks on-site in Madrid, then hybrid work is available (50%) after reaching 70% of targets; occasional travel is covered by the

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
