Zusammenfassung

The Career Nest is seeking a German market Account Executive in Madrid. This hybrid role combines full sales cycle ownership, from first contact to subscription close, with a focus on onboarding German-speaking clients and driving growth.

You will manage 80-100 calls daily, participate in trainings, and report KPIs. On-site onboarding is required for the first 4 weeks in Madrid, then monthly on-site presence with travel covered. Remote work and US-time-zone alignment are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).

Aufgaben

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
