Career Nest Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to drive the German market. This hybrid role manages the full sales cycle—from first contact to subscription close—within a leading e-commerce search technology company.

Onboarding lasts about four weeks on-site in Madrid; thereafter, on-site presence is required roughly once a month with travel costs covered. The role includes a base salary of 30,000 EUR gross per year plus uncapped commissions, 22 days of annual leave, and a hybrid

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
• Must reside in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
