Career Nest Academy in Madrid is hiring an Account Executive to drive the German market. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscriptions for a leading e-commerce search technology company, in a hybrid Madrid setting.

Responsibilities include client meetings, managing trials, handing over to CX post-subscription, and handling 80–100 calls daily while hitting KPIs for calls, demos, trials, and MRR. The role offers training and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, 80–100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
