The Career Nest is seeking an Account Executive to target the German market from Madrid in a hybrid role. You will manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing subscriptions—for a leading e-commerce search technology company.

The role emphasizes growth, onboarding, and KPI-driven performance. Initial on-site presence in Madrid is required with ongoing travel; compensation includes a base of 30,000 EUR gross per year plus uncapped variable commissions.

Formación

• Native or bilingual in German.
• Native or bilingual in English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
• Must reside in Spain.
• Availability aligned with US time zone.
• Comfort with cold-calling and KPI orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle 80–100 calls per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
