The Career Nest is hiring an Account Executive in Madrid to focus on the German market. You will drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscriptions for a leading e-commerce search tech company, with hybrid work after onboarding.

Requires native/bilingual German and English, 1–6 years of commercial experience, and current residency in Spain. On-site ramp-up in Madrid, with ongoing travel as needed and a target-driven compensation structure.

Formación

• German and English proficiency required.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR/ SDR/ outbound).
• Must reside in Spain and be available for US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience after subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Hit KPIs for calls, demos, trials, and MRR.
