The Career Nest is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to drive growth in the German market. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription, with a hybrid work setup and onboarding on-site in Madrid.

Fluency in German and English is required, along with 1–6 years of relevant experience and availability during US time hours. Compensation includes base salary and uncapped commissions with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Formación

• German language proficiency (native or bilingual).
• English language proficiency (native or bilingual).
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, ~80–100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
