Career Nest Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to lead the German market, owning the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscriptions for our e-commerce search technology. This remote-leaning, permanent role is hybrid in Madrid with four weeks of on-site onboarding and monthly on-site presence thereafter.

Base salary is 30,000 EUR gross per year with uncapped commissions and flexible benefits.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/ SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
• Must reside in Spain and be available aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience after subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80-100 per day).
• Achieve KPIs for calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and MRR.
