The Career Nest in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an Account Executive focused on the German market. This hybrid role involves guiding customers through the full sales cycle from contact to subscription and supporting growth in a leading e-commerce search tech company.

You will be bilingual in German and English, reside in Spain, and align with US time zones during onboarding. A 30,000 EUR base with uncapped commissions and a structured ramp-up are offered, along with training and a generous annual

Formación

• Native or bilingual German and English required.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound).
• Must reside in Spain.
• Comfort with cold calling and KPI-driven roles.
• Availability aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, ~80–100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
