The Career Nest in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the German market. You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing subscriptions for a leading e-commerce search technology company, in a hybrid Madrid-based role.

The role requires native German and English, 1–6 years of outbound sales experience, and onboarding in Madrid followed by monthly on-site visits. Flexible benefits and commissions accompany the base salary.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
