NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and ensure zero SLA breaches. The role emphasizes pre-emptive actions and accurate incident documentation while maintaining CI configurations and knowledge articles.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to communicate across cultures and social groups.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or computing or related field.
Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).

Responsibilities

Maintain the support process and ensure requests follow procedures.
Use service assurance tools to investigate and diagnose problems.
Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
Perform defined maintenance tasks and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
Escalate unresolved incidents and track resolutions to completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and remedy issues.
