Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer to operate in regional settings and provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify and resolve incidents, drive them to resolution, and ensure SLA adherence while maintaining accurate configuration and case documentation.

The role emphasizes knowledge of common networking technologies, strong communication across cultures, and ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies, such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify/resolving incidents.
• Maintain service delivery according to SLAs and update tickets and portals.
• Investigate causes of incidents and seek resolution, escalating when necessary.
• Document and close resolved incidents following procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and resolve errors.
