Uberall is expanding its Technical Support team to work remotely from Spain, providing first- technical level support for our French-speaking customers. Fluency in French is required, with English also expected for collaboration across a global team.

You will manage ongoing technical relationships, escalate bugs when needed, and collaborate with the wider Customer Organisation to improve processes and documentation.

Formación

• BA/BS degree optional.
• Experience at a B2B software company in digital marketing, e-commerce, or IT.
• Experience in technical account management and reducing churn with technical solutions.
• Service-oriented approach and customer focus.
• Ability to quickly learn new issues, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Experience with ticketing and CRM systems (e.g. Jira, Salesforce).
• Comfort using Excel for large data sets.
• Experience in international teams.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to work independently and remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ongoing technical relationship with assigned customers post-implementation, focusing on KPIs like retention and satisfaction.
• Handle escalated support cases requiring closer client engagement or technical understanding.
• Describe and escalate bugs through internal channels (e.g., Jira).
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and other teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal/external projects and documentation.
