uberall is seeking a technically skilled Support Specialist to join our remote team in Spain. You will provide first-level technical support to French-speaking customers and manage ongoing relationships after implementation to drive retention and satisfaction.

You will handle escalated cases, describe bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to internal and external documentation and process improvements.

Formación

• Experience at a B2B software company in digital marketing, e-commerce, or IT.
• Able to quickly understand new technical issues and prioritize.
• Experience working in an international team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• BA/BS degree (optional).
• Service-oriented mindset with customer solutions.
• Familiar with Excel and large data sets.
• Experience with ticketing/CRM systems (e.g. Jira, Salesforce).
• Able to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in technical account management and reducing churn.
• English and French language proficiency.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; can troubleshoot browser errors.
• Basic MySQL skills and ability to write/update queries.
• Understanding of location management on networks (Google/Facebook).
• Experience using APIs and Postman.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support for French-speaking customers while working remotely from Spain.
• Manage ongoing technical relationships after implementation, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
• Handle escalated support cases needing deeper client engagement or technical insight.
• Describe and escalate bugs through internal channels like Jira when needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and other teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and create internal/external documentation.
