Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications and prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery with technical accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Serve as primary contact for customers through project execution and status updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance on catalog material for explosion-protected equipment.
