NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify incidents and drive resolutions to meet SLAs. The role involves working with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and other technologies, maintaining knowledge bases and coordinating with stakeholders.

You will operate remotely, support incident diagnosis, and apply best practices to ensure efficient service delivery while growing technical and customer-facing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry-level knowledge of vendor technologies and remote console architecture.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Perform defined maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolved.
