Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will diagnose incidents, resolve problems, and drive service delivery within defined SLAs while coordinating with client IT environments, vendors, and colleagues.

The role requires entry-level networking knowledge, basic certifications, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and identify/resolve incidents.
• Use service assurance tools to investigate problems and generate reports.
• Diagnose incidents, escalate where needed, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate configuration and logs for CIs and related assets.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to restore service.
• Keep clients informed with updates and post-incident analyses.
