Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our team. This entry level role supports clients by diagnosing and resolving incidents remotely, operating in region, and driving incidents to timely resolutions to meet SLAs.

You will use service assurance tools, document resolutions, and coordinate with client IT environments and vendors. A Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing and networking certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications in major vendors (Cisco/Juniper/Aruba, CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA).

Responsibilities

• Operate in region to provide remote technical support and incident resolution.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve network incidents to meet SLAs.
• Use service assurance tools to monitor and report on performance.
• Update knowledge articles and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and drive recovery actions.
