NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate in the region and provide professional remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents. The role focuses on pre-emptive service actions to restore service and prevent SLA breaches.

Ideal candidates hold a IT/Computing degree and associate networking certifications. This position involves remote work with a global team and requires knowledge of common vendor technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Use service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following procedures and carry out maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and update records.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
