Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) for remote support in the region. This entry level role focuses on identifying and resolving technical incidents to restore service and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities include incident diagnosis with service assurance tools, maintenance tasks, and proactive knowledge usage. Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing and associate networking certs; remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level knowledge of vendor networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and handles requests per procedures.
• Uses service tools to diagnose problems and collect performance data.
• Identifies and resolves problems following approved procedures.
• Performs maintenance tasks and updates knowledge articles as needed.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
