Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents to meet SLAs.

Your responsibilities include maintaining support processes, using service assurance tools, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to drive incidents to resolution while documenting all actions and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support follow procedures.
• Diagnoses problems using service assurance tools and reports performance stats.
• Identifies and resolves incidents following documented procedures and maintains SLA.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and monitors service delivery against SLAs.
• Provides remote technical support to clients and coordinates with stakeholders to resolve issues.
