NTT DATA seeks an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will diagnose incidents, restore services, and ensure SLA compliance while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes remote troubleshooting, knowledge of vendor technologies, and proactive incident management in a global client environment. Remote work is supported across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Aufgaben

• Maintain support processes and handle requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Update knowledge articles as required.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and log relevant information.
• Prioritize and diagnose incidents per procedures.
• Investigate incident causes and seek resolution.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolved.
• Provide service recovery after incident resolution.
• Document closed incidents per procedures.
• Maintain accurate configuration management of CIs.
• Protect assets from unauthorized changes.
• Remotely identify root causes and implement remedies.
• Maintain knowledge of specialisms and advise on their application.
• Ensure efficient resolution of incidents with coordinating product requests.
• Provide feedback to clients and update systems as prescribed.
• Identify problems before or as they occur.
• Log incidents with required detail and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors and colleagues to expedite resolution.
