Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients. You will identify, diagnose and resolve incidents to restore services and meet SLA targets across networking technologies.

The role emphasizes escalation, documentation, and proactive maintenance while collaborating with client environments and vendors. Remote work is supported, with regional responsibilities and continuous knowledge development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate, diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Carry out agreed maintenance tasks.
• Update knowledge articles and incident records as prescribed by SOPs.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and colleagues to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
