• Monitors service delivery against SLA and maintains relevant records.
• Analyses service records to identify actions to maintain or improve SLAs.
• Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to procedures.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Provides service recovery as required.
