NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our global team. This entry-level role provides remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents to restore service and meet SLA targets.

As part of the team, you will use service assurance tools, document incidents, and coordinate with vendors and colleagues to drive investigations and resolutions. This position offers remote working and opportunities to grow in a diverse, inclusive environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsabilités

• Maintains the support process and handles requests per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate and diagnose problems and create reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and keeps records up to date.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
