Set and Match is seeking a Business Development Representative – Europe for a B2B SaaS company specializing in procurement technology. The role is fully remote from Spain with Barcelona preferred but not mandatory.

You will drive expansion across Europe, focusing on high-potential enterprise accounts and crafting strategic outbound approaches to generate quality meetings for the Account Executive team. There is a clear progression toward an Account Executive role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional German/French/Italian/Spanish a strong plus.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and building pipeline from scratch.
• Familiar with CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies across European markets.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts within the ICP.
• Engage senior stakeholders including C-level decision-makers.
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the Account Executive team.
• Research accounts, personalize outreach, and hand over to AEs.
• Leverage AI tools and modern prospecting platforms to improve productivity.
