360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound opportunities in our French Enterprise Outbound team. You will own high-potential accounts, craft personalized outreach, and convert intent signals into a robust sales pipeline from Madrid, Spain.

Within 1–12 months, you’ll onboard, master our tools, define account strategy with AE/KAM, and aim to hit monthly targets while growing professionally in a collaborative environment that supports remote work across

Formación

• At least 9–12 months experience hitting targets as a BDR/SDR in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience with outbound campaigns and building pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; passionate about learning.

Responsabilidades

• Create and qualify cold outbound leads within assigned enterprise accounts.
• Reach prospects via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn with tailored messaging.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to nurture opportunities into pipeline.
