respond.io is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to accelerate growth across the EU. You will qualify prospects, assess goals, and determine fit with our platform, then convert opportunities into meetings with Account Executives.

The role focuses on building relationships, communicating product value, and collaborating with a diverse team to expand our customer base in Europe. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with a startup‑friendly, growth‑driven culture.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of overachieving.
• Team player with collaborative attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Sales Executives to drive EU pipeline growth.
• Create personalized outreach to stakeholders for key prospects.
• Provide a world‑class prospect and customer experience through every interaction, ensuring they feel understood and valued.
• Become a product expert and articulate the value of respond.io’s solutions to potential clients.
• Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM, including progress and next steps.
• Help build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Identify and propose improvements to optimize results.
