NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join a global team delivering remote technical support and incident resolution for clients. You will identify, diagnose, and resolve issues to ensure SLA compliance across environments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing and relevant networking certifications, with emphasis on Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and RiverBed knowledge. This position is remote, multinational, and collaborative.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.).
• Entry-level experience with networking technologies and remote client support.

Aufgaben

• Maintains the support process and handles requests per procedures.
• Uses service tools to diagnose problems and create performance reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following defined procedures.
• Performs maintenance tasks and updates knowledge articles as needed.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains records.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Documents resolved incidents and maintains CI configurations.
• Collaborates with client IT environments, vendors, and teammates.
