Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1). This role provides professional remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents to meet SLA and restore service.

It offers remote working and exposure to global client environments. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computing and associate networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or computing.
Associate certifications in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
Entry-level experience in networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
Experience providing remote technical support to clients is desirable.

Responsibilities

Maintain the support process and ensure requests follow procedures.
Use service assurance software/tools for diagnosing problems and generating reports.
Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
Provide continuous feedback and update systems/ticketing tools as prescribed.
