Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver professional remote technical support and drive incidents toward resolution. The role emphasizes adherence to SLAs, incident documentation, and knowledge-based troubleshooting.

As a remote field service engineer, you will work across cultures, utilize vendor knowledge bases, and gain exposure to Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Riverbed, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.
• Entry level experience in networking and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to diagnose problems and document results.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and documents outcomes.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and logs relevant information.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolved.
