Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, diagnose incidents, and drive resolutions within agreed SLAs. This entry-level role focuses on operating in region and delivering consistent service through knowledge articles and predefined procedures.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computing or related field, plus foundational networking certs (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsibilities

Maintains the support process and ensures that requests for support are handled according to the procedures.
Uses service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose problems, collects performance statistics and creates reports.
Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
Carries out agreed maintenance tasks.
Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains records.
Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
