Job summary

Ethos is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to support clients across Spain in a fully remote role. You will guide customers to success with strategic adoption of our SaaS platform and foster long-term partnerships.

As a remote-first position, you will onboard clients, monitor health, conduct business reviews, and advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS/tech.
• Fluent in Spanish; English helpful.
• Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions.
• Experience with CRM/CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero).
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple clients/priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Remote work discipline and independence.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand objectives and challenges.
• Develop and execute success plans tailored to client needs.
• Monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts for intervention.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
• Educate clients on new features, best practices, and advanced functionalities.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for customers.
• Drive adoption, usage, and overall satisfaction with services.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
