Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets, focusing on explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions.

This role is 100% remote, acting as the primary contact throughout project lifecycles, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-ups while liaising with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products within industrial markets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations from customer specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders for catalog material from receipt to delivery.
• Provide project updates on status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity conversion.
• Coordinate drawings, technical clarifications, and communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers and distributors; collaborate with international teams.
