Job summary
Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions across Spain and selected export markets. This 100% remote role acts as the main customer contact throughout project lifecycles, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-ups while collaborating with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams in Europe.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Industrial engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
- Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- Review specifications and prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery with accuracy and compliance.
- Act as primary contact during project execution and provide regular updates.
- Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity conversion.
- Provide technical guidance on catalog materials for explosion-proof equipment.
