Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions across Spain and selected export markets. This 100% remote role acts as the main contact through the project lifecycle, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-ups.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams across Europe, ensuring accurate specifications and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support or project coordination.
• Experience with technical/engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and documentation to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders for catalog material from receipt to delivery with accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers during project execution, providing updates on status and delivery.
• Support sales through quotation follow-up and opportunity development.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues for high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe to ensure seamless service and opportunities for improvement.
