Job summary
Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for its explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions. The role is 100% remote in Spain and oversees technical quotations, order management, and stakeholder communications across Europe.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical/Industrial engineering and at least 3 years in technical support or project coordination, with SAP/ERP experience and fluency in Spanish and English. French is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Industrial/Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
- Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations from customer specs and docs.
- Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
- Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and lead times.
- Act as main contact for customers during project execution with updates.
- Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity progression.
- Provide product support for catalog materials related to explosion-proof equipment.
- Coordinate drawing approvals and project communications with stakeholders.
- Build relationships with customers, distributors, and sales teams.
