Job summary

Eaton is seeking a 100% remote Customer Service Engineer for its Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business in Spain and selected export markets. You will be the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial/Electromechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management environment.
• Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage catalog material orders from receipt through delivery with technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers through project execution with regular updates.
• Support sales by following up on quotations and driving opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and project communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues across Europe.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe to improve customer experience and service quality.
