Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer (remote) to support the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business in Spain and select export markets. You will manage technical quotations, order fulfilment, and stakeholder communications, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams across Europe.

Fluent Spanish and English are required, with French a plus. A technical engineering degree and 3+ years in technical customer support or project coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical customer support, project coordination, customer service engineering, inside sales, or order management environment.
• Experience working with technical or engineered-to-order products within industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and requirements to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution, providing regular updates on status and lead times.
• Support the sales organization by following up quotations and driving opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution & control solutions.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and technical clarifications between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe in engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer service.
