Job summary

Eaton's Crouse-Hinds/CEAG team is looking for a Customer Service Engineer to support industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets in a remote setup.

You will act as the main contact through project lifecycles, manage technical quotations and orders, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering regular status updates across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial/Electromechanical engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, customer service engineering, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products within industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and documentation to prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers, providing updates on status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity development.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and project-related communications with internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and sales teams across Europe.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operational efficiency.
