Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support Crouse-Hinds / CEAG within Spain and select export markets. This remote role covers engineering coordination, order management, and technical customer support for explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions.

You will work with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and operations across Europe, ensuring accurate quotations, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction while leveraging SAP and ERP tools in a remote,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial/Electromechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with industrial, engineered-to-order products.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders through project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Review specs and docs to prepare accurate technical/ commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage catalog material orders from receipt to delivery with regulatory compliance.
• Be primary contact for customers, providing updates on status, lead times, and schedules.
• Support sales with quotation follow-ups and drive opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance on catalog material for explosion-proof equipment and power distribution.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and project communications between customers and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, and sales teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe; contribute to I&E improvements.
