Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for its Crouse-Hinds/CEAG business. This fully remote role supports industrial customers in Spain and select export markets, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up while collaborating with Europe-based teams.

The position combines technical customer support with project coordination and stakeholder communication in the field of explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations from specifications and docs.
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery with regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary contact during project execution with regular status updates.
