Job summary

Eaton's Crouse-Hinds/CEAG business seeks a Customer Service Engineer to support industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets. This highly technical, customer-facing role involves preparing quotations, coordinating with engineering, managing orders, and providing project updates in a 100% remote environment.

You will work with customers, sales teams, engineering experts, and manufacturing sites across Europe to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/industrial engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support or project coordination.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience coordinating cross-border teams remotely.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and documents to prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers during project execution with updates on status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Support sales by following up on quotations and driving opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and project-related communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers and distributors to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe including engineering, operations, and customer service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and service quality.
