Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for its explosion‑proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions. The role is remote within Spain and select export markets, serving as the main customer contact through project lifecycles and order execution.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams across Europe to ensure accurate technical and commercial outcomes, maintain schedules, and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; 3+ years in technical customer support or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience managing stakeholders across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations from specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders for catalog material from receipt to delivery.
• Primary customer contact through project execution with regular updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material and product support.
• Coordinate drawings, clarification, and communications with internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers and distributors to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with European teams across engineering, operations, and service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and service quality.
