Responsibilities
- Review specifications to prepare technical and commercial quotations
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions
- Manage orders from receipt to delivery with accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Serve as primary contact for customers, providing updates on status and delivery schedules
- Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunities
- Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment
